The problem
Exotic rental operators run six-figure fleets on spreadsheets and group chats. In that world, mistakes are expensive: a double-booked Lamborghini, a renter with an expired license, an uninsured weekend that ends in court.
FleetNotebook exists to make those mistakes structurally impossible — not through discipline, but through software.
What I built
- A booking engine that can't double-book. The database physically rejects overlapping bookings on the same vehicle — the flagship guarantee of the product.
- Utilization & ROI reporting. Per-vehicle revenue, days rented, and idle time at a glance, so operators know which cars earn and which just sit.
- Compliance guardrails. License expiry, insurance verification, and blacklisted renters flagged automatically — bad bookings get blocked before they happen.
- Self-serve SaaS. Tiered subscriptions sized by fleet, a 14-day free trial, onboarding, and support — the whole commercial layer, not just the app.
